We used to have this thing in my Church called “the love seat” – where we would review each other in 3 different areas. We would do the review once a month or so. You had to be honest, direct, never talk in a review about “someone saw or someone said” it always had to be YOUR insight.

 Amazing how those reviews also helped us learn how to talk to each other when issues arose. Reviews are so important – if anything it allows an venue for those you care about to give you some Review input. Thanks for your love on the reviews over the past few years.
